REFUNDS


All sales are final. Virtuoso's does not offer refunds. Once payment is received, all sales are final.







CANCELLATION


Clients who accumulate a total of 3 'no shows' without proper cancellation will be moved to a "walk in only" status. These clients are subject to additional charges before their next service. These clients will also be prevented from making future appointments for a period of 2 months.
